    Photo shows the second plinthing of the locomotive in Sir William Whyte Park across from the CPR's Winnipeg depot on Higgins Ave. Note the flower planters on the running plates and bogie. The "Countess" was the first engine to arrive on the Canadian prairies in October 1877.
