What a great photo of a grand ship! I think http://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected] is going well with the date. The Metropole Hotel (opened 1891) is looking structurally complete. And there is no 1895 dome on the Colonial Secretary's Office - it would be behind the Mort & Co.pointy bit.
