29May2019 The Kalamazoo Public Library 22nd annual Party in the Park, a celebration of the national Stand for Children Day with a special story hour to focus community attention on the importance of sharing books with young children. Stories are read by community leaders and costumed story book characters in Kalamazoos iconic Bronson Park. Each child receives healthy snacks and juice along with a gift book courtesy of the KPL.
