For those Irish followers and especially those inside the Pale, there is only one Sugar Loaf, and that is beside Dublin Bay in Co. Wicklow. However, down on the Cork/Kerry border they claim
to have their own Sugar Loaf! Viewed as this one is from Glengarriff, it is like a jewel in a crown.

for narrowing the date from a broad 1865-1914, down to early 1890s. This is all based on an entertaining, but fairly scientific, examination of fancy benches, height of fir trees, Library of Congress images, top hats, and poor paint jobs.
