Bathing horses As a start, would this be "bath houses"?

That's what New York Public Library calls it digitalcollections.nypl.org/items/510d47e0-80c7-a3d9-e040... NYPL reckons that it is in Massachusetts and puts it in "Stereoscopic views of Boston harbor and beaches and the Charlestown Navy Yard." The back indicates "Downer's Landing." This led me to
from the Hingham Historical Society.

https://www.flickr.com/photos/pixelwrangler that one spelling change was a great clue. Thanks for sharing!

https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected] Thanks for identifying another one in this mystery album, and the extra detective work to find the Downer's Landing location. We will update the record!
