    The Seattle Star., April 16, 1923, Page 13, bottom right indicated that Sweetser (and Fred Wright, seen in neighboring Bain photo) would travel to England to play for the American Walker Cup team and the British Amateur Championship. "The team' will consist of Jesse Sweetser, amateur champlon; Fred J. Wright, Dr. O. F. Willing, Robert A. Gardner, Chick Evans, S. Davidson Herron, Harrison Johnston, George Rotan, Max Marston and Francis Ouimet." Evening Star. April 17, 1923, Page 29, col 5., top, below photo montage indicates that they would travel on the Mauretania.
