Her real name was Cyrene Sue Pocock; her professional name that of her maternal grandmother. She was married twice, to Dr. Shirley B. Munns, a physician, and to Howard Dunbar Smith, a former president of the Consolidate Coppermines Corporation. Both marriages ended in divorce."
