Richard Arthur Norton (1958- )
Would this be Norah Phipps (1878-1935) the wife of Sir John Fuller, 1st Baronet. www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q75341346
Jon (LOC P&P)
https://www.flickr.com/photos/richardarthurnorton, thanks for the suggestion. I couldn't find any other photos of her in some searches I did this morning. The former Miss Phipps remarried in 1921, after Sir John Fuller died, to Roland Stuart Forestier-Walker, and I wasn't sure if she'd still use the old name, but I did find one article from 1924 mention her daughter Maude and say "daughter of Lady Fuller". My guess this is probably Norah Phipps, but I'd really like another photo to confirm it.
