SINGAPORE (Oct. 14, 2023) – Culinary Specialist Seaman Richard San Juan, assigned to the Harpers Ferry-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52), lowers the Union Jack flag in preparation for the ship’s departure from Sembawang Wharves to support Pacific Partnership 2023, Oct. 14. Now in its 18th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
