Present Rate of Interest, £2,10s. per cent.Societies enrolled under the Friendly Societies Acts may deposit to any amount. Charitable and Provident Societies and Penny Banks may, with the sanction of the National Debt Commis-sioners, deposit to any amount; without such sanction they are limited to £100 per annum, and £300 in all.The Bank also invests money for Depositors -.— 1st—In Government £2} per cent.
