The M.G. (2 Stars) I'd like to say and judging by the Combat Patch that's M.G. Cesar Cordero Davila, Adjutant General Puerto Rico National Guard. Commander of the 65th U.S. Infantry, during the Korean War, After the command of Col. Harris. If not him check for any "continental" Bn. Commanders of the 65th during the Korean War.
