Scope and Content Note: This is a photograph of Vice President Nelson Rockefeller; Mrs. Robert MacNamara, the chairman of the Reading is Fundamental program; Dr. Rhoads; and John Warner, the head of the American Revolution Bicentennial Administration. Children from the RIF program attended the Constitution Day ceremony at the National Archives and were given a tour of the Rotunda by the Vice President (National Archives and Records Service (NARS) Newsletter, Nov. 1975).
